    4. Globalization strategy


    Alu Africa's transformation from a traditional local trade company to a comprehensive trade service supplier for domestic & international markets requires us to boot on both domestic trade and foreign trade. Our business will cover Sub-Sahara Africa by transforming from simple import & export business to integrated business mode covering domestic trade, foreign trade and multi-national trade.

    6. Regional Service Strategy


    In other to promote easy access to our products and services Alu Africa has established Regional Service Centres that serves as points of contact for customers and meets the total needs for product order and delivery and service for our customers across Ghana. They are located in six regions;

    7. Green development strategy


    Green development is the requirement of corporate future growth and development pattern. That is, pursuing the corporate growth pattern to transform from extensive type to intensive type, focusing on the stable and sustainable growth speed, thus laying the foundation for the enterprise's plan and implement for the long term goal. Thus Alu Africa will not only focus on the growth and quality of the corporate sales and profit volume, but also focus on the optimization of the corporate business & product structure, synchronous realization of enterprise social responsibility and business goal, and quality upgrade of customer-centered service.

In 2007, Mr. Alhaji Seidu founded Alu Africa as a small business, performing low-slope commercial roofing in and around the Spintex Road. Not long after, he moved the company to Motorway. After eight years in business, the roofing industry has changed significantly.

Today, Alu Africa operates from ten locations. With a main location on the Spintex Road., which serves surrounding communities, the team also works from an office in Labone.

Alu Africa is known in the industry for more than just high quality roofing solutions. “We consistently focus on safety, new product and system technology, training and education, as well as relationships, fostering proactive communication, building mutual trust and respect,” said The Group Chairman Mr. Alhaji Seidu.

“Customers become long-term business partners.” The company’s high level of earned repeat business and referrals will allow Alu Africa to grow into one of the largest commercial and industrial building materials vendors in Ghana”, He affirmed.
